Senior Living Center Has Water

Sprinklers were mistakenly set off on the fourth floor of this  senior living facility. Gallons of water damaged 20 apartments on four floors before the water was shut off. Many apartments, hallways (example above) and stairwells were affected by the water.

SERVPRO of La Crosse was called in quickly to begin the water extraction process. When our team got there we assessed the damage and got straight to work. We packed out residents to temporary living spaces, demolished water damaged areas, dried the affected areas and performed rebuild services. When the affected areas were dried and rebuilt we moved resident’s belongings back into the repaired units. Throughout the process, we coordinated with the property management staff to ensure a smooth transition for their residents.
